Lab Policies
- Absolutely no food in the labs.
- Beverages are allowed, but they must be in a spill proof container.
- A DePaul ID is required to use the lab equipment and games.
- Students in Gaming or Development classes get priority on consoles, game use or computers.
A Moderator may ask you to vacate a station if it is needed for class related work. - No swearing or other hostile language.
- All items checked out are the responsibility of the ID holder.
- Students are not allowed to change equipment wiring or hardware; please ask a Moderator.
- Occupants are expected to follow a proper hygiene regiment. Offenders will be asked to leave.
- Failure to follow Lab or DePaul Policies will result in a warning. Accumulation of warnings may
result in suspension and/or banning from the labs. - Games and equipment must remain in the lab (with the exception of board games).
- The Labs are BYOMC (Bring Your Own Memory Card).
Labs are reserved for DePaul Students and DePaul Alumni. Guests must be accompanied.
PC Lab
Due to limited power supply, please refrain from plugging any additional hardware or electronics into unused outlets. Violation of this will result in banning from the labs. No exceptions!

DePaul University, and affiliated organizations, is not responsible for items lost, broken or stolen during lab use. Students and guests are responsible for looking after their own possessions. Items left unattended can and will be removed from the labs.
